• Abstract: The core support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy lies in the construction of rural grassroots Party organizations. Promoting the innovation of rural grassroots Party building work and achieving highquality development of rural grassroots Party building is an inevitable requirement of rural revitalization. Currently, various regions are constantly exploring innovative paths for strengthening rural grassroots Party building work under the perspective of rural revitalization, providing rich materials for our academic research. Based on the seventh recommended and displayed cases of innovative rural grassroots Party building practices, this paper summarizes and generalizes the characteristics of the innovative practices in the cases, and proposes to strengthen the Party building leadership, build a fighting fortress of rural grassroots Party organizations; develop and expand the collective economy, promote the deep integration of Party building and industry; improve the consultation mechanism, enhance the modernization level of grassroots governance; innovate the talent training mechanism, forge a backbone team for rural grassroots Party building innovation; adhere to adapting to local conditions, explore innovative paths for the characteristic models of rural grassroots Party building. This provides reference value for better promoting rural grassroots Party building, accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization. 乡村振兴战略落地的核心支撑在于农村基层党组织建设，推进农村基层党建工作创新，实现农村基层党建工作高质量发展是乡村振兴的必然要求。当前，各地不断探索加强乡村振兴视域下农村基层党建工作的创新路径，为我们开展学术研究提供了丰富素材。本文基于第七届农村基层党建创新典型案例推荐展示案例，总结归纳案例创新做法的特征，提出强化党建引领，筑牢农村基层党组织战斗堡垒；发展壮大集体经济，推动党建与产业深度融合；健全协商机制，提升基层治理现代化水平；创新人才培养机制，锻造基层党建创新骨干队伍；坚持因地制宜，探索基层党建特色模式的创新路径，为更好推进农村基层党建工作，加快推进农业农村现代化，实现乡村全面振兴提供参考价值。
