基层士兵视角下军人血性的核心内涵与生成机制

• Abstract: Military courage constitutes the core essence of the combat spirit of revolutionary servicemen in the new era and serves as a crucial spiritual foundation for enhancing grassroots combat effectiveness. Most existing studies focus on macro theoretical and policy perspectives and lack micro empirical research on grassroots servicemen, failing to fully reflect the authentic connotation and formation logic of military courage from an individual perspective. Based on semi-structured interviews with 14 grassroots servicemen, this paper conducts a thematic analysis of their cognition, manifestations and cultivation paths of military courage. The findings reveal that military courage, from the perspective of grassroots servicemen, is an organic unity of three dimensions: a strong sense of responsibility, solid professional competence and a progressive spirit. Its formation relies on the synergistic effects of ideological edification, missionbased tempering and cultural nurturing. To cultivate military courage at the grassroots level, relevant work should comply with the developmental laws of servicemen and prioritize ideological guidance, practical training, environmental nurturing and long-term implementation. 军人血性是新时代革命军人战斗精神的核心内核，也是基层部队战斗力生成的重要精神支撑。现有研究多从宏观理论和政策的视角展开阐释，缺乏以基层士兵为主体的微观实证研究，难以真实反映个人视角下血性的现实内涵与生成逻辑。本文以14名基层一线士兵为访谈对象，采用半结构化访谈法，围绕士兵对血性的认知、表现及培育路径等核心问题开展主题分析。研究发现，基层士兵视角下的军人血性集中体现为担当内核、能力筋骨、进取品格的三维有机统一；其生成主要依靠教育浸润、任务淬炼、氛围熏陶三大路径协同发力；基层培育应立足士兵成长规律，突出思想引领、实践锤炼、氛围滋养和长效推进。
