• Abstract: Along with the gradual expansion of our international influence, public security work’s internationalization degree is more and more high, and the high quality, applied, international foreign-related police professional talents have become the practical demands of our social development in the new era. In order to satisfy the needs of the development of the times, we should accurately locate the current development status of the foreign-related police discipline in China, consider the problems of foreign-related police specialty, discipline theory and professional talent cultivation, and put forward the development approach and relevant measures of foreign-related police discipline, which is of great theoretical and practical significance for cultivating the talents to participate in global security governance in the new era. 随着我国国际影响力的逐步扩大，公安工作国际化程度越来越高，高素质、应用型、国际化涉外警务专业人才成为新时代我国社会发展的实践需求。结合时代发展需要，准确定位目前国内涉外警务学科专业发展现状，思考涉外警务学科专业、学科理论、专业人才培养等问题，提出涉外警务学科专业发展进路与相关举措，对于培养新时代我国参与全球安全治理储备人才具有重要的理论与实践意义。
