• Abstract: Since the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization, the development of a new collective economy has gradually become an important path to help common prosperity and promote urban-rural integration. The new agricultural business entities based on village enterprises have important practical significance in activating rural industries and broadening farmers ‘ income-increasing channels. It is the key link to realize the co-construction and sharing of rural income to improve the interest connection between village enterprises and build a standardized benefit distribution system. This paper takes Lion Tree Village, Pujiang County, Chengdu City as a typical case study. Through in-depth case analysis, it systematically explains the internal logic of the interest linkage mechanism of the new rural collective economy. The research shows that the quality incentive benefit coupling mechanism constructed by Lion Tree Village encourages farmers to carry out standardized production and operation with agricultural product premium sharing, and relies on institutional arrangements such as risk filtering, quality incentive, rule embedding, etc., and finally realizes the incentive compatibility among multiple subjects such as village collectives, farmers and enterprises, and provides practical reference for the innovation of rural collective economic benefit coupling mechanism. 乡村振兴全面推进以来，发展新型集体经济已逐步成为助力共同富裕、推动城乡融合的重要路径。以村企为主的新型农业经营主体在激活乡村产业、拓宽农民增收渠道方面具有重要现实意义。而健全村企利益联结关系、构建规范化利益分配体系，是实现乡村收益共建共享的关键环节。本文以成都市蒲江县狮子树村为典型研究案例，通过深度案例剖析，系统阐释新型农村集体经济利益联结机制的内在逻辑。研究表明，狮子树村构建的品质激励型利益联结机制，以农产品溢价分享激励农户开展标准化生产经营，并依托风险过滤、品质激励、规则嵌入等制度安排，最终实现村集体、农户与企业等多元主体间的激励相容，为乡村集体经济利益联结机制创新提供实践参考。
