新文科背景下“五社联动”融入社会工作专业硕士人才培养路径研究

  • Abstract: Integrating the“Five-Society Linkage”initiative into the training of Master of Social Work (MSW) students represents a crucial pathway for responding to the call for New Liberal Arts development, addressing the challenges in practice-based teaching, and aligning with the transformation and upgrading demands of the professional field. Currently, this integration faces several obstacles, including an outdated curriculum system, weak coordination functions of practice teaching platforms, an imbalanced faculty structure, and inadequate support mechanisms. To address these issues, it is essential to ground the reform in the principles of New Liberal Arts and to construct an integrated talent cultivation framework oriented toward the practical logic of the “Five-Society Linkage,”thereby promoting innovation in the MSW training model. Specific measures include: restructuring the curriculum to fill knowledge gaps in the practice of the “Five-Society Linkage”; establishing multi-stakeholder collaborative practice platforms to enable full-process participation in the “Five-Society Linkage”; strengthening the team of “dual-qualification”instructors to enhance practice teaching capabilities in the “Five-Society Linkage”; and improving collaborative support mechanisms to build a longterm “university–local community symbiosis”system. “五社联动”融入社会工作专业硕士人才培养是响应新文科建设号召、破解实践教学困境、对接行业转型升级需求的重要路径。当前,“五社联动”融入社会工作专业硕士人才培养还面临课程体系相对滞后、实践教学平台协同功能薄弱、师资结构失衡以及保障机制不足等问题。因此,要立足新文科建设理念,构建以“五社联动”实践逻辑为导向的一体化育人体系,推动社会工作专业硕士人才培养模式创新:重构课程体系,补齐“五社联动”实践知识短板;搭建多元协同实践平台,实现“五社联动”全流程实践参与;建强“双师型”师资队伍,提升“五社联动”实践教学能力;健全协同保障机制,构筑“校地共生”的长效支撑体系。
