• Abstract: The rapid advancement of translation technology over the past two decades has brought tremendous convenience to the public while simultaneously raising a series of ethical concerns. From the perspective of applied ethics, this paper attempts to provide a detailed examination of the ethical issues in translation technology, identifying their manifestations in the following aspects: the widespread application of translation technology challenges the traditional role of translators, redefines the relationship between humans and machines, impacts copyright protection of language data, threatens users' personal privacy, exacerbates the persistent problem of algorithmic bias, misleads public perceptions of the translation profession, and involves a certain lack of transparency in the development process of translation technology, with insufficient attention paid to the actual needs of translators. To address the potential ethical risks posed by these issues, this paper proposes three countermeasures: (1) Strengthening relevant academic research; (2) Establishing a prevention-oriented ethical assessment system for translation technology; (3) Reinforcing ethics education in translation technology teaching. It is hoped that the analysis presented in this paper will provide a reference for resolving ethical issues in translation technology. 近20年来翻译技术的发展突飞猛进，给公众带来巨大便利的同时也引发了一系列的伦理担忧。本文从应用伦理学的角度出发，尝试对翻译技术的伦理问题进行详细梳理，发现其表现形式可归结为以下方面：翻译技术的广泛应用挑战了传统的译者角色，重新界定了人与机器的关系，冲击了语言数据的版权保护，威胁到使用者的个人隐私，助长了算法偏见的顽疾，误导了公众对翻译职业的认知，翻译技术的开发过程也存在一定的不透明性，对译者的实际需求关注不多。为了应对这些问题可能导致的伦理风险，本文提出了三点对策：（1）加强相关的学术研究；（2）构建以预防为主的翻译技术伦理评估体系；（3）在翻译技术教学中强化伦理教育。希望通过本文的分析为翻译技术伦理问题的解决提供参考方案。
