• Abstract: As a new quality productive force in the cultural field, Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) is reshaping the logic of digital content production, communication mechanisms, and value expression pathways with disruptive force. This paper takes the ideological and political education reform in the animation production technology major at higher vocational colleges as its core research field. Grounded in three major theories—the Work Process Systematization Theory, Empathy Communication Theory, and Technological Affordance Theory—it constructs a fourdimensional innovation paradigm encompassing technological empowerment, content empathy, value symbiosis, and mechanism guarantee, aiming to address five major obstacles: fragmentation of ideological and political elements, tokenized integration, superficial empathy, the dualism of technology and morality, and the absence of evaluation mechanisms. With empirical evidence from three thematic animation projects—red culture, intangible cultural heritage digitization, and rural revitalization—this study develops a feasible and testable educational pathway with full-process AIGC integration. Practice demonstrates that this paradigm has significantly enhanced students’ cultural identity and substantially improved the accuracy of cultural symbol recognition, effectively resolving the “separation of technology and morality” dilemma. This paper provides a replicable and scalable practical model for the digital transformation of vocational education and the high-quality construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education. 生成式人工智能（AIGC）作为文化领域新质生产力，以颠覆性力量重塑数字内容生产逻辑、传播机制与价值表达路径。本文以高职动漫制作技术专业课程思政教学改革为核心研究场域，立足工作过程系统化理论、共情传播理论、技术可供性三大理论，构建技术赋能、内容共情、价值共生、机制保障四维创新范式，破解思政碎片化、融入标签化、共情浅层化、技道二元化、评价缺失化五大梗阻。以红色文化、非遗数字化、乡村振兴三大主题动漫为实证，形成AIGC全流程嵌入、可落地可检验的育人路径。实践表明，该范式使学生文化认同有所提升、文化符号识别准确率大幅提高，有效破解“技道分离”困境。本文为职业教育数字化转型与课程思政高质量建设提供了可复制、可推广的实践范本。
