• 摘要： 文章论述了我国都市城乡结合部与休闲观光业互相融合、互相促进发 展的城市建设构想，分析了这种模式其发展的必要性和重要性，并结合一些城 市这方面发展的现状，从制度创新角度提出了大力发展休闲观光业与城市建设 的具体思路和对策。
• This paper discusses the urban construction conception of the integration and mutual promotion of urban-rural fringe and leisure tourism industry in China, analyzes the necessity and importance of the development of this mode, and puts forward the specific ideas and Countermeasures of vigorously developing leisure tourism and urban construction from the perspective of system innovation, combining with the current situation of the development of some cities in this respect.
