Abstract:
Based on the theory of cohesion technology, this paper makes an indepth study on the tactics of physiological anatomy structure affecting human body
composition and active defense tactics. In this paper, 10 high-level table tennis
players’ videos are used to conduct empirical and diagnostic analysis of tactical cases,
aiming to explore the tactical rules of table tennis in the new era of 40 + in order
to provide reference for scientific training and competition of table tennis teams in
China. Conclusion: (1) whether it is a wide range or a small range of “press one side,
hit the other side” tactics, the tactician’s “first time” grasp ability, the tactical rhythm
is the key to make the opponent’s foot move in a wide range or hand to left and right
conversion in a small range and passive hitting, The physical phenomenon of “hand up
conversion” is an effective way to improve the tactical ability; (2) active defense tactics
also have cohesive effect, so it can also be regarded as a kind of cohesion technology.
However, active defense tactics have certain risks. Compared with passive attack, it has
the characteristics of stability, initiative and threat, which is not obvious and changes
from passive to active The tactical system of the developer.
本文运用衔接技术理论对生理解剖结构影响人体构成的战术及主动防守战术两大类进行深入的专题研究。笔者以 10 个高水平乒乓球运动员视频进行战术案例实证和诊断分析,旨在深入探讨 40+ 新时代乒乓球运动的战术规律,以期为我国乒乓球队的科学训练参赛提供借鉴。结论:(1)不论是打大范围,还是小范围的“压一边,打另一边”战术,施战术者前后两板之间的“第一时间”的把握能力即战术节奏非常重要,它是令对方大范围脚下移动或小范围手上左右转换困难和被动击球的关键所在,因此能否抓住对方的“脚下移动”和“手上转换”的弱点这个生理现象是提高战术能力的有效途径;(2)主动防守战术也具有衔接效果,因此也可将之视为衔接技术的一种,但主动防守战术有一定风险,相对被动进攻来讲,它具有稳定性、主动性、威胁性较大的特点,是暗的、化被动转为主动的后发制人战术体系。
