疫情防控期间体育网络教学内容的选择和方法策略探析

• 摘要： 由于一场突如其来的新冠疫情，导致所有学校的教学在疫情防控期间都由平时的课堂教学转为了线上教学，体育教学也不例外，而由于体育教学具有和其它一般的理论教学的不同，有其自身的特点和规律，同时高校体育教学大多采取选项教学的方式进行，因此在疫情防控期间的高校体育教学通过对体育教学特点和网络教学特点进行分析探讨，结合体育教学规律和原则选取合适的教学内容并采取合理的教学方式才能取得应有的效果。
• Due to a sudden outbreak of the new crown epidemic, all schools' teaching in the epidemic prevention and control period has changed from the usual classroom teaching to online teaching, and physical education teaching is no exception. Due to the difference between physical education teaching and other general theoretical teaching, it has its own characteristics and rules. At the same time, college physical education teaching mostly adopts the method of option teaching During the period of emotion prevention and control, the physical education teaching in Colleges and universities should analyze and discuss the characteristics of physical education teaching and network teaching, combine with the laws and principles of physical education, select appropriate teaching content and adopt reasonable teaching methods to achieve the desired effect.
