多大点事？教育生态学视角下高校公共体育教师教学行为失范研究

• 摘要： 随着青少体质健康问题得到有效治理，体质健康短板向高校大学生群体转移。目前，相应研究主要集中在高校公共体育教学模式与教学方法层面，而对高校公共体育体育教学生态系统中的体育教师教学行为研究还需要进一步关注。对此，本文采用焦点团体的方法收集数据，运用扎根理论的研究范式，对收集的访谈资料进行主题分析，从而建立基本认知。第一，高校公共体育教学场域中存在冷漠暴力、言语失当、多元歧视等多种形式的教学行为失范现象；第二，高校公共体育教师行为失范具有量级相对轻微的特征，教师未能察觉或认为无足轻重。第三，高校公共体育教师课堂教学行为失范现象对学生伤害程度以及对教学生态的影响具有一定的隐蔽性与潜在性。
• With the effective management of the physical health problems of young people, the shortcomings of physical health have shifted to college students. At present, the corresponding research mainly focuses on the level of public physical education teaching mode and teaching method in colleges and universities, and the research on the teaching behavior of physical education teachers in the public physical education ecosystem of colleges and universities needs further attention. In this regard, this article adopts the method of focus group to collect data, uses the research paradigm of grounded theory, conducts thematic analysis of the collected interview data, and then establishes basic cognitions. First, there are many forms of anomie of teaching behavior in the field of public physical education in colleges and universities, such as indifference, violence, language misunderstanding, and multiple discrimination. Second, the anomie of public physical education teachers in colleges and universities has characteristics of relatively minor magnitude.Third, it hurts students，and the degree and the impact on the teaching ecology have a certain degree of concealment and potential.
