苏州市近三年6-18岁学生超重与肥胖现状研究

• 摘要： 研究采用文献资料法、测试法和数理统计法等研究方法，对苏州市 2017—2019年 6 ～ 18 岁学生超重与肥胖现状调查，分析近三年苏州市中小学生超重和肥胖的发生率及变化趋势，为苏州市做好中小学生肥胖防控工作提供科学依据。结果显示：2017 年～ 2019 年苏州市 6 ～ 18 岁学生的 BMI 水平均值总体上呈逐年上升的趋势，且每年的各年龄组表现为男生高于女生；学生超重与肥胖人群主要出现在小学阶段，其中男生的超重肥胖率主要出现在四至五年级，而女生的超重肥胖率主要出现在小学一至二年级。
• The present situation of overweight and obesity among students aged 6 ~ 18 in Suzhou city from 2017 to 2019 was investigated by means of literature review, testing and mathematical statistics, and the incidence and trend of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students in Suzhou city in recent three years were analyzed, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of obesity among primary and middle school students in Suzhou City. The results showed that the average BMI level of students aged 6 to 18 in Suzhou from 2017 to 2019 was on the whole increasing year by year, and the average BMI level of students aged 6 to 18 in Suzhou was higher than that of girls in each age group every year. Overweight and obesity among students mainly occurred in primary school, among which the overweight and obesity rate of boys mainly occurred in grade 4 to 5, while that of girls mainly occurred in grade 1 to 2.
