后疫情时代我国体育与健康教育 存在问题及优化路径

• 摘要： 新冠疫情肆虐导致全球遭受健康危机，人们开始认识到健康的重要性，体育锻炼和健康教育需求增长旺盛。疫情防控期间采用居家隔离防疫措施，体育与健康教育形式也受到了考验，居家锻炼形式单一、运动过程缺少陪伴、在线健康教育不系统等问题接连出现，本文针对这些问题提出了优化路径，使体育与健康教育在后疫情时代发挥作用，为全民健身提供依托。
• The outbreak of COVID-19 has led to a global health crisis. People are beginning to realize the importance of health, and the demand for physical exercise and health education is growing rapidly. With home quarantine and epidemic prevention measures during outbreaks, sports and health education form has been put to the test, the form of exercise that occupy the home of a single, lack of movement process with frequent problems such as health education, online system, aiming at these problems puts forward the optimized path, make sports and health education play a role in the outbreak era, provides depends on the national fitness.
