  • 摘要: 在我国,高中时期是一个学生十分关键的学习阶段,高中阶段的学习对学生的重要程度在当今社会环境下有目共睹。越来越高的学业水平要求对学生的考验不仅仅存在于文化课,学生的身体素质在其中也扮演着不可忽视的角色。早年,素质教育让除文化课外的一些科目得到了一定的发展,但也存在着只是做做“表面工作”的现象。近年来,一系列关于体育教育的文件发布,让高中体育教学面临着改革与逐步走向成熟。本文将以对高中体育教学中的体能模块为基础,结合高中体育课堂存在的问题及其未来发展的趋势,对高中体育课堂的教学策 略进行研究,得出科学合理的教学策略,并指出一些仍需改善的问题。
  • In China, high school period is a critical learning stage to students, with significance obvious to everyone in modern society. The increasing academic performance requirement is not only a test for students’ study ability, but also for their physical quality. In the earlier years, while the quality education promoted the development of subjects outside the curriculum of general knowledge courses, sometimes its effect was still superficial. In recent years, with a series of physical education related documents released, the high school physical education has been facing a revolution to become more and more mature. With present problems in high school PE class and its future direction taken into account, this article, based on the fitness module in high school PE class, will explore teaching strategies in class, as well as the areas to be improved.
