• Abstract: 《义务教育体育与健康课程标准（2022年版）》的出台，明确了当前体育与健康课程在课堂教学过程中注重“教会、勤练、常赛”新模式的落实［1］，并且在运动项目的选择与组织中要更加注重基础性、层级性和模块化。这些要求的落实与学校体育文化的建设密不可分，它们呈现相互促进的关系。在此背景下，本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法，以2022版新课标为蓝本，对深圳市南海小学的校园排球文化建设进行探索，总结目前校园排球文化的建设处境，提出小学校园排球文化建设的改进策略，旨在为今后中小学校园排球文化建设提供参考依据。
• The promulgation of the “Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition)” clarifies that the current physical education and health curriculum should pay attention to the implementation of the new model of “Teaching, Diligent Practice, and Regular Competition” during the teaching procedure, and more emphasis should be placed on foundational, hierarchical, and modular aspects in the selection and organization of sports events. In this context, this article uses literature review, questionnaire survey, and experts interview methods based on the perspective of “Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition)”, which explores the construction of the campus volleyball culture in Nanhai Primary School in Shenzhen. It summarizes the current situation of campus volleyball culture construction and proposes improvement strategies for campus volleyball culture construction in primary schools, aiming to provide reference basis for future campus volleyball culture construction in primary and secondary schools.
