• 摘要： 为促进武术的良好发展，推动武术普及以及全民健身运动的蓬勃开展,通过对传统武术竞赛的现状进行研究,可以发现当前传统武术竞赛中除个别项目较为均衡外，其他项目均存在规模较小、形式单一的问题。为进一步推广普及武术运动，增加武术影响力，促进武术事业的发展，让武术成为全民健身重要内容，解决传统武术竞赛现状存在的问题已成为十分重要的课题，通过这项研究和实践，探索武术竞赛发展的前进，可以使武术项目尽快走向成熟，找出一条中国传统武术的保护开发的道路，让国粹不再尘封在暗无天日的档案库中，而是以文明的瑰宝身份示人。
• In order to promote the healthy development of martial arts, advance the popularity of martial arts, and foster the vigorous growth of nationwide fitness activities, a study on the current state of traditional martial arts competitions reveals that, except for a few well-balanced categories, most other events face challenges such as small scale and limited diversity. To further promote the widespread practice of martial arts, enhance the influence of martial arts, and contribute to the development of the martial arts industry, making martial arts an essential component of nationwide fitness, addressing the existing issues in traditional martial arts competitions has become a crucial task. Through this research and practical exploration, advancing the development of martial arts competitions can expedite the maturity of martial arts disciplines. It aims to find a path for the protection and development of Chinese traditional martial arts, ensuring that this cultural heritage is not relegated to dusty archives but showcased as a civilized treasure.
