高强度间歇训练对提高青年划艇运动员耐力素质的研究

  • Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of high-intensity interval training on the endurance quality of young canoeists. Methods: Twelve young male canoeists aged 18 - 23 from a provincial team were randomly divided into two groups. The control group conducted high-intensity aerobic training twice a week for 8 weeks, while the experimental group carried out high-intensity interval training twice a week for 8 weeks. The changes in average heart rate, blood lactate and maximal oxygen uptake of the two groups before and after the experiment were analyzed for feasibility. Results: The average heart rate and blood lactate values of the experimental group decreased significantly (p<0.05), and the maximal oxygen uptake value increased significantly (p<0.05). Conclusion: High-intensity interval training is an efficient method to improve the endurance quality of young canoeists, and can effectively enhance their aerobic and anaerobic capabilities. 目的:探讨高强度间歇训练对青年划艇运动员耐力素质的影响。方法:以某省队12名18~23岁青年男子划艇运动员为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组进行每周两次持续8周的高强度有氧训练;试验组进行每周两次持续8周的高强度间歇训练,对试验前、后两组运动员的平均心率、血乳酸和最大摄氧量的变化值进行可行性分析。结果:试验组平均心率、血乳酸值显著降低(p<0.05),最大摄氧量值显著升高(p<0.05)。结论:高强度间歇训练是一种可高效提升青年划艇运动员耐力素质的训练方法,能有效增强其有氧和无氧能力。
