Abstract:
In recent years, the properties of caffeine in enhancing alertness and improving athletic performance have received extensive attention. Research indicates that caffeine influences athletic performance through multiple molecular pathways, including regulating energy metabolism, improving neural conduction, and reducing fatigue. Despite numerous studies confirming the effectiveness of caffeine, how athletes can personalize its use in training and competitions to achieve optimal performance remains a complex issue. This article aims to explore the potential of caffeine in sports nutrition by comprehensively analyzing existing literature, discussing its role as an important stimulant in athletic performance and its biological mechanisms, and proposing personalized strategies to help athletes more effectively utilize caffeine to enhance performance, providing new insights for the field of sports nutrition.
近年来,咖啡因提神醒脑和提高运动能力的特性受到了广泛关注。研究表明,咖啡因通过多种分子通路影响运动能力,包括调节能量代谢、改善神经传导、减少疲劳感等。尽管已有大量研究证实咖啡因的有效性,但运动员在实际训练和比赛中如何个性化使用咖啡因来达到最佳运动表现仍然是一个复杂的问题。本文通过综合分析现有文献,旨在揭示咖啡因在运动营养中的应用潜力,探讨咖啡因作为一种重要的兴奋剂在运动表现中的作用及其生物学机制,并提出个性化策略,帮助运动员更有效地利用咖啡因提升运动表现,为运动营养领域提供新的见解。
