• Abstract: To further advance the implementation of the Overall Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football, this study focuses on the theoretical mechanisms and practical pathways for the learning and control of football motor skills among children and adolescents (hereinafter referred to as “children and youth”). Through literature review, case analysis, experimental research, and interviews, it systematically analyzes the practical pathways of four core mechanisms—sensory integration, motor memory encoding, neural control and muscle coordination, and cognitive decision-making—in the teaching and training of specialized football techniques (ball control, passing, shooting, and defending). The study finds that the learning and practice of children and youth football motor skills based on the four core mechanisms can improve the efficiency of mastering football movements and techniques. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for children and youth football teaching and training, and contribute to the development of campus football and the cultivation of young football talents in China. 为了进一步推进《中国足球改革发展总体方案》实施，本研究聚焦儿童青少年（简称“少儿”）足球运动技能学习与控制的学理机制和践行路径，通过文献研究、案例分析、实验研究及访谈法，系统解析感知觉整合、运动记忆编码、神经控制与肌肉协调、认知决策四大核心机制在足球专项技术（控球、传球、射门、防守）教学与训练中的践行路径。研究发现，以四大核心机制为依托的少儿足球运动技能学练，能提升足球动作技术和技能的掌握效能。本研究旨在为少儿足球教学和训练提供理论支撑与实践指导，助力我国校园足球发展和青少年足球人才培养。
