  • Abstract: Against the background of the further implementation of the National Fitness Strategy and the high-quality development of mental health education in colleges and universities, rock climbing has become an important carrier for the integration of college physical education and mental health education by virtue of its dual values of physical fitness and psychological education. To explore the influence mechanism of rock climbing on college students’ life satisfaction, this study takes 677 college students from 6 universities in Sichuan Province as research objects, and uses questionnaire survey, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis to systematically analyze the internal relationship among rock climbing participation characteristics, demographic variables and life satisfaction. The results show that: college students’ participation in rock climbing is relatively popular, but long-term in-depth participation is insufficient, showing the characteristics of “basic popularity but insufficient depth”; college students’ overall life satisfaction is at a relatively high level, with the highest friendship satisfaction and relatively low school satisfaction; gender, grade and major have significant differences in life satisfaction: male students are significantly higher than female students in friendship, environment, freedom and academic satisfaction; seniors have the highest friendship and freedom satisfaction; sports majors are superior in friendship and freedom satisfaction; rock climbing participation characteristics are significantly positively correlated with the six dimensions of life satisfaction, and the correlation with academic satisfaction is the highest. Research shows that rock climbing can significantly improve college students’ life satisfaction, and the results can provide an empirical basis for the construction of rock climbing courses, mental health intervention and the integrated development of sports education in colleges and universities. 在全民健身战略纵深推进与高校心理健康教育高质量发展的背景下,攀岩运动凭借健身与心理育人双重价值,成为高校体育与心理健康教育融合的重要载体。为探究攀岩运动对大学生生活满意度的影响机制,本文以四川省6所高校677名在校大学生为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析及Pearson相关分析法,系统分析攀岩参与特征、人口统计学变量与生活满意度的内在关联。结果显示:大学生攀岩参与普及度较好,但长期深度参与不足,呈现“有基础、缺深度”的特征;大学生生活满意度整体处于较高水平,友谊满意度最高,学校满意度相对偏低;性别、年级、专业对生活满意度存在显著差异,男生在友谊、环境、自由、学业满意度显著高于女生,大四学生友谊与自由满意度最高,体育类学生在友谊、自由维度满意度占优;攀岩运动特征与生活满意度六大维度均呈显著正相关,且与学业满意度相关程度最高。研究表明,攀岩运动可显著提升大学生生活满意度,研究结果可为高校攀岩课程建设、心理健康干预及体育育人融合发展提供实证依据。
