  • Abstract: Grounded in embodied cognition theory, this study employed structural equation modeling to examine the mediating role of body awareness in the relationship between physical exercise and psychological resilience among female college students. A stratified quota sampling method was used to recruit 522 female college students, who completed the Physical Activity Rating Scale (PARS-3), the Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness (MAIA-5), and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10). Bootstrap analysis was conducted to test the mediation effect. Results indicated that: (1) the structural equation model demonstrated good fit (χ²/df = 2.85, CFI = 0.96, RMSEA = 0.06); (2) physical exercise significantly and positively predicted body awareness (β= 0.425, p< 0.01) and psychological resilience (β= 0.035, p<0.05); (3) the indirect effect of physical exercise on psychological resilience through body awareness was significant, with a mediation effect value of 0.316, accounting for 90.03% of the total effect. These findings indicate that body awareness plays a significant mediating role between physical exercise and psychological resilience. From an embodied cognition perspective, this study deepens the understanding of mind-body interactions and provides empirical support for body-awareness-oriented “somatic-psychological integration” interventions in higher education settings. 以具身认知理论为支撑,通过结构方程模型检验身体觉察在体育锻炼与心理韧性之间的中介作用,探讨体育锻炼提升女大学生心理韧性的关联模型。方法:采用分层定额抽样,对高校522名女大学生施测体育锻炼量表(PARS-3)、多维身体觉察量表(MAIA-5)、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC-10),运用Bootstrap法进行中介效应检验。结果:(1)SEM拟合效果良好(χ2/df=2.85,CFI=0.96,RMSEA=0.06);(2)体育锻炼能显著正向预测身体觉察(β=0.425,p<0.01)和心理韧性(β=0.035,p<0.05);(3)身体觉察的中介路径效应显著,中介效应值为0.316占总效应的90.03%。结论:身体觉察在体育锻炼与心理韧性之间具有显著的中介效应。据此,研究认为,这一发现从具身认知视角深化了对身心互动的理解,为高校以提升身体觉察为导向的“体心融合”干预提供了实证支持。
