某市精神病患者医疗救助现状及对策研究

• 摘要： 目的：了解某市精神病患者医疗救助的现状及探讨相应对策。方法： 调查了解某市精神病患者医疗救助政策及救助现状，分析现存的问题。提出有 针对性的对策。结果：目前存在的问题为：救助对象有限，救助时限滞后，救 助资金额度较低，救助资金来源单一。救助压力明显增多；提出对策：政策上 给予支持，科学设计医疗救助制度。推行多样化的救助形式，适当调整医疗救 助标准，对部分特困精神病患者实行免费医疗．加强宣传和规范管理。结论： 新形势下建立和完善适合我国国情的城市医疗救助制度，是维护社会稳定的需 要，是促进社会经济协调可持续发展的需要，也是坚持以人为本，实现广大人 民群众的根本利益的要求。
• Objective: to understand the current situation of medical assistance for mental patients in a city and explore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods: To investigate and understand the current situation of medical assistance policy and assistance for mental patients in a city, and analyze the existing problems. Put forward targeted countermeasures. Results: the existing problems are: limited objects, time lag, low amount of funds and single source of funds. The pressure of medical assistance is increasing obviously, and countermeasures are put forward: policy support, scientific design of medical assistance system. We will promote diversified forms of assistance, appropriately adjust the standards for medical assistance, provide free medical care for some of the mentally ill in need, and strengthen publicity and standardized management. Conclusion: under the new situation, the establishment and improvement of urban medical assistance system suitable for China's national conditions is the need to maintain social stability, promote the coordinated and sustainable development of social economy, and adhere to the people-oriented principle to realize the fundamental interests of the masses.
