基于公检法管理的被害人救助制度

• 摘要： 我国的司法活动中，对刑事被害人的保护尚未完善，笔者以实践中发 现的一些现象，试图探索我国被害人救助制度，文章提出应当建立以公、检、 法多关管理的被害人求助基金，保障刑事被害人的救助权益。
• in the judicial activities of our country, the protection of the criminal victim is not perfect. The author tries to explore the victim relief system in our country with some phenomena found in practice. The article puts forward that we should establish the victim assistance fund managed by the public, prosecution and law to protect the victim's relief rights and interests.
