时政外宣翻译的“动静”转换研究 ——以《2021 年政府工作报告》英译为例

• 摘要： 全球经济一体化促进了我国外宣工作的不断发展，而外宣翻译的质量关系到对外传播的效果和国家形象的构建。因此，时政外宣文本翻译的研究对促进中国文化走出去，构建中国话语体系至关重要。基于英汉文本的动静表达差异，本文以《2021 政府工作报告》的英译为例，分析时政外宣文本中常见的动静转换技巧。研究发现，所选文本中主要采用了动词转换成名词、动词转换成形容词、动词转换成副词、动词转换成介词，动词转换成非谓语动词等方式来实现动静转换，使译文达到“动静平衡”。
• Global economic integration has promoted the continuous development of China’s publicity work, while the quality of publicity translation directly determines the effect of publicity. Therefore, the study on the translation of current political publicity texts helps the overseas spread of Chinese culture and the establishment of Chinese discourse system. Based on the static and dynamic expression habits in English and Chinese, this paper takes the English translation of 2021 Government Work Report as an example, analyzes the skills of converting Chinese static expressions into English dynamic expressions while translating Chinese political publicity texts, aiming to help translators achieve a “static and dynamic balance” in publicity translation. The study found that the selected texts achieved a “dynamic balance” in the translation by using verbs to nouns, verbs to adjectives, verbs to adverbs, verbs to prepositions, and verbs to non-predicative verbs .
