• Abstract: The Government Work Report describes China’s reality in an all-round way from the political, economic, social, cultural and ecological perspectives, which is of great significance for displaying China’s image, explaining China’s concept, and enhancing the international world’s understanding of China. Based on the Russian translation of China’s Government Work Report for 2020, this paper will discuss the translation strategies of special Chinese expressions in the Russian version from the perspective of vocabulary translation. In order to provide method and reference for the future translation of Russian external publicity materials, the author analyzes the translation characteristics and methods of Chinese expressions in Russian, and discusses the principles followed in the Russian translation of the Government Work Report. 中国政府工作报告从政治、经济、社会、文化、生态等角度全方位地描述了当今中国，对于展示中国形象、阐释中国理念、增强国际世界对中国的了解具有重要意义。本文立足于我国《2020年政府工作报告》俄译本，将从词汇翻译角度讨论《政府工作报告》俄译本中特殊汉语表达的翻译策略，对俄译本中汉语表达的翻译特征及翻译方法展开分析，探讨《政府工作报告》俄译时所遵循的原则，以期为未来对俄外宣材料的翻译提供方法积累与参考。
