  • Abstract: The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is an emerging initiative that promotes access by developing countries to additional funding and environmentally friendly technologies from developed countries to protect climate and the environment. As an arduous task, prevention and control of environmental pollutionhas always been attached great importance to because of its complexity and long- term nature. This paper aims to understand the relationship between CDM and environmental pollution prevention and control, further promote the knowledgeof CDM, promote relevant departments, enterprises and projects in the field of environmental pollution prevention and control to fully pay attention to and make use of CDM, promote the development of environmental pollution prevention and control, and contribute to energy conservation and emission reduction.清洁发展机制(CleanDevelopmentMechanism,简称CDM)是一项能够促进发展中国家获得发达国家额外资金和环境友好技术,从而保护气候和环境的新兴事业。环境污染防治作为一项艰巨的任务,以其复杂性和长期性一直备受重视。本文旨在通过分析论述,认识CDM和环境污染防治之间的关系,进一步推广CDM知识,推动环境污染防治领域的有关部门、企业和项目充分关注和利用CDM,促进环境污染防治的开展,有利于节能减排工作。

虾蟹池塘自动投饲平台航向控制系统设计与试验

Design and Test of Heading Control System for Automatic Course Platform of Shrimp and Crab Pond

  • Abstract: In this paper,a course control system is designed to keep the course stable during the operation of automatic feeding platform for shrimp and crab pond. The relative course between the feeding platform and the pond bank is monitored simultaneously by direct and indirect methods. The PID control algorithm based on the negative feedback principle is adopted, taking the relative course as the control target, and the control output is calculated in real-time according to the course deviation. The control output signal adjusts the rotation speed of the left and right propellers through the control circuit, so as to change the thrust on both sides of the platform and realize the real-time control of the course. The prototype test showsthat the system can control the relative course of the feeding platform well, keep the forward direction basically parallel to the pond bank, so as to meet the feeding operation needs.本文针对虾蟹池塘自动投饲平台作业过程中保持航向稳定的需要设计了航向控制系统,通过直接测量法和间接测量法同时监测投饲平台与池塘堤岸之间的相对航向,采用基于负反馈原理的PID控制算法,以相对航向为控制目标,根据航向偏差实时计算控制输出量。控制输出信号经由控制电路调整左右两台螺旋桨推进器的转速,从而改变平台两侧推力,实现对航向的实时控制。样机 试验表明该系统可以很好地控制投饲平台的相对航向,保持前进方向与池塘堤岸基本平行,满足投饲作业需要。

  • Abstract: Education fairness is an extension of social fairness, and it has an important influence on subject education and students' overall development. Based on the three aspects of the equity of education starting point, the fairness of educational process and educational results, this paper discusses the present situation of educational equity research. According to the historical process of education fairness, combined with flipped classroom research, we propose to pay attention to "marginal"groups from the perspective of educational equity, and try to analyze the causes of "marginal"groups in flipping classrooms, and discuss how to intervene in the flipping classroom from theperspective of educational equity. We are committed to improving the learning status of "marginal groups"in flipped classroom.教育公平属于社会公平的延伸,教育公平的研究探索对学科教育以及学生全面综合发展具有重要影响。本文基于教育起点公平、教育过程公平以及教育结果公平三个方面着力探讨教育公平研究现状,并依据教育公平的历史进程结合翻转课堂研究,从教育公平角度理论提出关注“边缘人”群体,试图分析翻转课堂中“边缘人”群体的成因,探讨如何从教育公平视角干预翻转课堂中的“边缘人”,致力于改善翻转课堂中“边缘人”群体的学习现状。

政府补贴、环境资源与制造企业绿色绩效的实证研究

Does Government Subsidy really enhance the Green Performance of Manufacturing Enterprise? —The moderating effect of Environmental Resource

  • Abstract: The green transformation of manufacturing enterprise has been a significant topic of Chinese economic transition and got more and more attention. Based on additional behavior theory and the natural resource-based view(NRBV), this paper analyzes the influence of subsidy policy on green performance. This paper gives a empirical study by the data of 152 manufacturing enterprises. The result shows that there is an inverse U-curve relationship between government subsidy and green performance and environmental orientation and environmental management capacity intensify the inverse U-curve relationship.绿色创新是制造企业实施转型升级战略的重要方式之一。在额外行为理论和环境资源观点基础上,分析了补贴政策对绿色绩效的影响机理和作用,建立了政府补贴、环境资源与绿色绩效的理论假设框架。基于152家制造企业的样本数据,对理论模型进行了验证分析,研究表明政府补贴与绿色绩效是倒U型关系;环境导向、环境管理能力强化了政府补贴与绿色绩效之间的倒U型关系。
