Abstract: Youth is a critical period for the formation of values, and ideological and political education in universities is a key way to cultivate correct values and shape good behavior patterns among college students. Applying rational emotion therapy to ideological and political education in universities can enhance students’ emotional management ability and mental health level, and guide them to form correct values. Through various approaches such as curriculum design, innovative teaching methods, psychological counseling and consultation, as well as campus culture and activities, new perspectives and paths are provided for the innovative development of ideological and political education.青年时期是价值观塑造的关键时期,高校思想政治教育是培养大学生正确价值观和塑造良好行为模式的重要途径。将理性情绪疗法应用于高校思想政治教育中,能够提升学生的情绪管理能力和心理健康水平,并引导学生形成正确的价值观念。通过课程设计、教学方法创新、心理辅导与咨询,以及校园文化与活动等多种途径,为思想政治教育的创新发展提供新的视角和路径。

Abstract: Due to the different theoretical bases and historical origins, there are essential differences in the handling of values between psychological counseling and ideological and political education. Psychological counseling adheres to value neutrality and emphasizes the dignity and value of the individual, while ideological and political education emphasizes value intervention and aims to cultivate ideological and moral character that meets the needs of society and class. In order to achieve good results in ideological and political education and psychological counseling in colleges and universities, relevant workers should fully tap common resources, explore the path of education, and improve the effectiveness of counseling and education.心理咨询和思想政治教育由于理论基础和历史渊源的不同,在价值观问题的处理上存在着本质差异。心理咨询坚持价值中立,强调个体的尊严和价值,而思想政治教育强调价值干预,旨在培养符合社会和阶级需要的思想品德。但二者也具有一定的共通性,为使高校思想政治教育和心理咨询取得良好效果,相关工作者应充分挖掘共同资源、探索育人路径,提高咨询和教育的实效性。

Abstract: In the course of ideological and political education, the modulation and transformation of emotions perform a very important role in the cognitive will of educational objects. As an effective method of emotional psychology in ideological and political education, it emphasizes the creation of vivid teaching scenes to guide educational objects, which also plays a great role in promoting ideological and political education in universities. Through literature survey, case study, this paper puts forward that the university ideological and political education should use the situational creation of this educational method to deepen the effectiveness of education, innovate the teaching mode of ideological and political courses, create more “live” and “vivid” ideological and political courses, and present measures to build higher quality “ideological and political scenes”.在思想政治教育过程中,情绪情感的调节与改造对教育对象的认知意志起着非常重要的作用。而以境生情作为思想政治教育的情绪情感心理学的有效方法,强调创设生动形象的教学情景来引导教育对象,这也对大学思想政治教育工作起着极大的促进作用。本文主要通过文献调研、案例分析的方法进行研究,提出大学思想政治教育要利用情景创设这一教育方法深化育人效力,创新思政课教学模式,打造更“活”更“生动”思政课,并提出建设更高质量“思政场景”的措施。

Abstract: The rebellious psychology that college students experience during ideological and political education serves as a significant barrier to enhancing the effectiveness of this education. It is crucial to actively explore the causes and manifestations of such rebelliousness. Additionally, this psychology should be transformed into a warning signal to improve ideological and political education. Strategies should be proposed from three perspectives: the quality of the educators, teaching methods, and the external environment, aiming to reduce and eliminate students’ rebellious psychology while guiding them to establish correct views on life, the world, and values.大学生在思想政治教育过程中所产生的逆反心理是提升思想政治教育的实效性的“拦路虎”。要积极探索逆反心理的成因和表征,同时要将逆反心理转化成为提升思想政治教育的一种警示,从教育者自身素质、教育方法以及外部环境三个方面提出对应策略,以期减少和消除大学生逆反心理,引导大学生树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观。
