深圳市坪山区“体教融合”实践模式的探索研究

Research on the Practice Model of “Integration of Sports and Education” in Pingshan District, Shenzhen

  • Abstract: This study mainly uses the methods of literature, investigation and logical analysis, this paper sums up and studies the development process of the integration of sports and education and the exploration practice of cultivating sports reserve talents in Pingshan District. The study found that Pingshan District had established policies and organizational safeguards, improved funding incentive mechanisms, and strengthened team management, the system of Industry Training Network of the whole district is established, which is based on the Amateur Sports School, the Key Project School and the characteristic project school. The practice of “Integration of sports and education” in Pingshan District not only provides experience for its own follow-up development, but also provides useful reference for other provinces and cities.本研究主要运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法等,对坪山区实施“体教融合”的发展历程与培养体育后备人才的探索实践进行了总结和研究。研究发现,坪山区通过建立政策和组织保障,完善经费激励机制,加强队伍管理等,初步建立了以“区业余体校为龙头、重点项目学校为标杆、特色项目学校为基础”体教紧密融合的全区业训网络体系。坪山区“体教融合”形式的探索实践不仅为自身后续发展提供了经验,也为其他省市提供了有益借鉴。

基于AHP的初中女生体育锻炼影响因素研究

  • Abstract: In view of the current situation of female students’ participation in physical exercise in junior middle schools, taking female students in Bao’an Middle School as an example, the original data of female students’ physical exercise in junior middle schools were obtained through questionnaire survey, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used for analysis. The research results show that sports venues, time pressure, physical education courses and physical fitness play a leading role in all the factors that affect the physical exercise of junior high school female students, which provides theoretical and practical basis for improving school physical education and guiding junior high school female students to form a sense of physical exercise and a healthy lifestyle.针对目前初中女学生参与体育锻炼的现状,以宝安中学女学生为例,通过问卷调查统计取得初中女学生体育锻炼的原始数据,并采用层次分析法(AHP)进行分析研究。研究结果表明:体育场地,时间压力,体育课程和身体素质在所有影响初中女学生体育锻炼的因素中起着主导作用,这为完善学校体育教育,引导初中女学生形成体育锻炼意识和健康生活方式提供了理论和实践依据。
