Abstract: Ideological and political education in the curriculum is the key to promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people. In this study, the Delphi method and expert interview method were used to deeply explore the ideological and political elements contained in dragon boat courses according to the characteristics and values of dragon boat sports, and screen and condense the index system of ideological and political elements of dragon boat courses, so as to enrich the educational effect of teaching design of dragon boat courses in colleges and universities. The results showed that 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators of ideal and belief, cultural self-confidence, professional quality, and personal development were established to form the ideological and political element index system of dragon boat courses. In the teaching objectives, the educational effect of dragon boat courses is required from five aspects: knowledge, skills, physical health, emotions and social adaptation, and the ideological and political elements of dragon boats are fully implemented. Guided by teaching objectives, ideological and political content as the core to enrich the original teaching content; Curriculum ideological and political teaching methods using inquiry learning, situational learning and experiential learning to integrate the curriculum; From the perspective of teachers evaluating students, relying on course performance evaluation, the evaluation and feedback of the effect of ideological and political education are increased, and the curriculum evaluation system is improved; Based on this, under the guidance of social learning theory, a training path for the integration of ideological and political training and competition of dragon boat courses to create a learning environment, practice scenarios and competition atmosphere was constructed.课程思政是推动落实立德树人根本任务的关键。本研究采用德尔菲法和专家访谈法等,针对龙舟运动的特点和价值,深入挖掘龙舟课程所蕴含的思政元素,筛选凝练出龙舟课程思政元素指标体系,以丰富高校龙舟课程教学设计育人效果;结果表示:确立理想信念、文化自信、专业素养、个人发展4个一级指标和16个二级指标组成龙舟课程思政元素指标体系。在教学目标中,从知识、技能、身体健康、情感和社会适应五个方面对龙舟课程育人效果提出了要求,将龙舟思政元素充分落到实处;以教学目标为导向,思政内容为核心丰富原有教学内容;运用探究学习、情境学习和体验学习的课程思政教学方法将课程贯穿;并从教师评价学生的角度出发,以课程成绩评定为依托,增加思政育人效果评价和反馈,完善了课程评价体系;基于此,构建社会学习理论指导下龙舟课程思政学练赛一体化创设学习环境、练习情景、比赛氛围的培养路径。
Abstract: Improving the loyalty of competitors is an important factor to promote the development of sports events. Based on the theory of social exchange, this paper uses literature, questionnaires and mathematical statistics to investigate the loyalty of competitors in the 2021 Zigui China Dragon Boat Competition. The results show that: there is a positive correlation between two of the four variables, and after regression analysis, it is concluded that the perception of soft service level and the perception of hardware service level have a significant positive impact on player satisfaction; hardware service level perception and participation Player satisfaction has a significant positive impact on participant loyalty, while software service level perception has no obvious negative impact on participant satisfaction; it can be seen that the competition party must promote the optimization of competition service level, improve participant satisfaction, and thus promote participants Loyalty increase.提高参赛者忠诚度是促进体育赛事发展的重要因素,本文基于社会交换理论,利用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,对 2021 年秭归中国龙舟争霸赛参赛选手的忠 诚度进行路径。结果表明:四个变量中两两之间呈现正相关性,再经过回归性分析得出软服务水平感知和硬件服务水平感知,均显著地正向影响了选手满意度;硬件服务水平感知和参与者满意度显著正向影响参与者忠诚度,软件服务水平感知对参与者满 意度的负面影响不明显;由此可见,比赛方必须推动比赛服务水平优化,提升参与者满意度,从而促进参与者忠诚度的提高。
Abstract: This paper takes the audience satisfaction of the Zigui Chinese Dragon Boat Race in 2021 as the research object, and researches the audience satisfaction by means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. Using confirmatory factor analysis, T test and variance analysis to study the evaluation index system of audience satisfaction, the results show that: (1) The audience is satisfied with the overall situation of the dragon Boat race; (2) the dragon boat race has the characteristics of a wide range of people participating[19]; (3) the satisfaction of the activities and services of the well-educated audience needs to be improved; (4) The promotion of the history and culture of the dragon boat race is the key to improve the satisfaction of the audience[8]. Suggestions are put forward: (1) strengthen publicity to attract more audiences and enhance the attention and influence of dragon boat race. (2) Enrich the content of the competition, set up more colorful leisure activities in the viewing area where the audience can directly participate in the experience of dragon boat sport and dragon boat culture, (3) strengthen the service quality, improve the level of hardware facilities and strengthen the soft power of the competition. (4) Improve the traffic environment, try to coordinate with the surrounding shops and residential communities to increase parking Spaces, and set up public transport facilities directly to the stadium, so as to facilitate the audience to watch the match.本文以 2021 年秭归中国龙舟争霸赛的观众满意度为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对观众满意度进行研究。采用验证性因子分析法、T 检验和方差分析法研究观众满意度评价指标体系,结果显示:(1)观众对龙舟赛的总体情况感到满意;(2)龙舟赛具有广泛的人群参与特征[19];(3)高学历人才观众龙舟赛赛事活动、服务满意度有待提高;(4)加大龙舟历史文化宣传是提升观众对龙舟赛满意度的关键所在[8]。并提出建议:(1)加大宣传力度,吸引更多观众前来观看,提升龙舟 赛事的关注度及影响力;(2)丰富赛会内容,在观赛区设立更加丰富多彩的观众可直接参与其中体验龙舟运动、龙舟文化的休闲活动;(3)加强服务质量,提高赛事的硬件设施水平和加强赛事的软实力;(4)改善交通环境,尝试与周边商铺、住宅小区协调增加停车位,设置公共交通设施直达赛场,从而方便观众观赛。
