Abstract: Objective: Based on the ecosystem model of creativity development, the study examined the relationship between personality and creativity from a positive psychology perspective, and clarified the mediating role of psychological resilience and the moderating role of parenting style. Methods: The psychological resilience scale, the Chinese Big Five Personality Questionnaire, the Parenting Style Questionnaire, and the Williams Creativity Tendency Scale were used to survey 510 college students. Results: (1) Personality traits significantly predicted creativity, with neuroticism significantly negatively predicting creativity and the remaining four dimensions significantly positively predicting creativity; (2) Psychological resilience mediated the relationship between personality traits and creativity; (3) Emotional warmth moderated the relationship between psychological resilience and creativity. The effect of psychological resilience on creativity was stronger at high emotional warmth. Conclusion: Cultivating positive and stable personality traits, improving psychological resilience, and creating a supportive family environment can effectively enhance the creativity of college students.目的:研究基于创造力发展的生态系统模型,以积极心理学视角,考察人格与创造力的关系,并检验心理韧性的中介及父母教养方式的调节作用。方法:采用心理韧性量表、中国大五人格问卷、父母教养方式问卷及威廉斯创造力倾向测量表对510名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)人格特质能显著预测创造力,其中神经质显著负向预测创造力,其余四个维度均显著正向预测创造力;(2)心理韧性在人格特质与创造力的关系中起中介作用;(3)情感温暖调节了心理韧性和创造力之间的关系。高情感温暖时,心理韧性对创造力的影响更强。结论:培养积极稳定的人格特质、提高心理韧性和营造支持性的家庭环境,可以有效提升大学生的创造力。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between psychological flexibility and Internet dependence among college students, and to verify whether the fear of missing out has a mediating role in it. Methods: A total of 526 college students were tested using the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire, Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire, the fear of missing out questionnaire for college students, Chinese internet addiction scale’s revision. Results: (1) There was a significant positive correlation between experiential avoidance, cognitive fusion, and fear of missing out (r=0.565, p<0.01; r=0.532, p<0.01; r=0.490, p<0.01), and empirical avoidance, cognitive fusion, and fear of missing out (r=0.543, p<0.01; r=0.527, p<0.01); (2) Fear of missing out and experiential avoidance among college students. It has a positive prediction effect on Internet dependence; (3) Fear of missing out played a partial mediating role between psychological flexibility and Internet dependence (β =0.2437, p<0.01). Conclusion: Psychological flexibility and fear of missing out jointly affect college students’ Internet dependence, which provides a new direction for the subsequent research on Internet dependence.目的:探讨大学生心理灵活性与网络依赖的关系及验证错失恐惧在其中是否存在中介作用。方法:采用接纳与行动、认知融合、大学生错失恐惧和网络依赖量表对526名大学生进行测查。结果:(1)大学生经验性回避、认知融合、错失恐惧与网络依赖呈显著正相关(r=0.565,p<0.01;r=0.532,p<0.01;r=0.490,p<0.01),经验性回避、认知融合和错失恐惧呈显著正相关(r=0.543,p<0.01;r=0.527,p<0.01);(2)大学生错失恐惧、经验性回避对网络依赖具有正向预测作用;(3)错失恐惧在心理灵活性和网络依赖间起到了部分中介作用(β=0.2437,p<0.01)。结论:心理灵活性、错失恐惧共同影响着大学生网络依赖,它为后续对网络依赖的研究提供了新的方向。

China’s psychological teacher training mode exists training curriculum system set unreasonable, training function positioning is not clear, the training process lacks professional guidance, training conditions and resources are limited and other aspects of the problem, accordingly put forward to optimize the curriculum, clear function positioning, provide professional guidance, provide multi-directional support and other recommendations, hope to be able to for how to make good use of existing teaching resources, innovative training methods, promote psychological teacher,It is hoped that these suggestions will be of some significance to how to make good use of existing teaching resources, innovate training methods, promote the cultivation of practical skills of psychological teachers, and enable the training of talents to meet the needs of school mental health education in the basic education curriculum reform.新社会背景下,面向行业需要的应用心理学创新型人才培养模式仍处于不断探索阶段。我国心理教师培养模式存在培养课程体系设置不合理,培养职能定位不明确,培养过程缺乏专业指导,培养条件资源有限等多个方面的问题,据此提出了优化课程设置,明确职能定位,提供专业指导,提供多方位支持等建议,希望能对于如何利用好现有的教学资源,创新培养方式,促进心理教师实践技能的培养,使人才培养能够满足基础教育课程改革的学校心理健康教育需要产生一定意义。
