China’s psychological teacher training mode exists training curriculum system set unreasonable, training function positioning is not clear, the training process lacks professional guidance, training conditions and resources are limited and other aspects of the problem, accordingly put forward to optimize the curriculum, clear function positioning, provide professional guidance, provide multi-directional support and other recommendations, hope to be able to for how to make good use of existing teaching resources, innovative training methods, promote psychological teacher,It is hoped that these suggestions will be of some significance to how to make good use of existing teaching resources, innovate training methods, promote the cultivation of practical skills of psychological teachers, and enable the training of talents to meet the needs of school mental health education in the basic education curriculum reform.
新社会背景下,面向行业需要的应用心理学创新型人才培养模式仍处于不断探索阶段。我国心理教师培养模式存在培养课程体系设置不合理,培养职能定位不明确,培养过程缺乏专业指导,培养条件资源有限等多个方面的问题,据此提出了优化课程设置,明确职能定位,提供专业指导,提供多方位支持等建议,希望能对于如何利用好现有的教学资源,创新培养方式,促进心理教师实践技能的培养,使人才培养能够满足基础教育课程改革的学校心理健康教育需要产生一定意义。
