Abstract: In the backdrop of the new era, notable shifts in lifestyle have given rise to an increasingprevalence of mental health challenges and a growing need for psychological services. In this context,college students can be considered a distinct social cohort manifesting novel psychological patterns andtraits as they navigate pivotal phases in psychological development. Drawing insights from psychologicalhealth assessments of college students, this study delved into the prevailing characteristics, issuecategories, and factors influencing the psychological health of university students, based on whichcountermeasures were proposed with the view of advancing psychological health education in thiscontemporary era.新的时代背景下,人们的生活发生了重大的变化,心理健康问题日趋增长,心理服务的需求也越来越大。大学生作为特殊的社会群体,心理发展处于重要的阶段,并呈现出新的心理规律和心理特点。本文根据大学生心理健康测试调查结果,了解高校大学生心理健康现状特点、问题类型及影响因素,探讨新时代学生心理健康教育的应对策略。
Abstract: Several inducing factors, both external stimulus events and individual intrinsic factors, are known to trigger psychological problems among college students. TTis report discusses a psychological counseling case involving a college student who suffered from depression, anxiety, and other psychological distress caused by unreasonable cognition, a result of broken relationships. Psychological counseling and ABC cognitive therapy were carried out to adjust the patient’s cognition, escape the psychological dilemma, and gradually adapt to campus life. Through this report, insights can be drawn from the case interpretation, reflection, and experience summary, offering potentially constructive educational references for psychology going forward.大学生心理健康问题诱发因素很多,既有外部刺激事件,也有个体内在因素。本文通过心理咨询案例报告的形式,探讨一名大学生因失恋产生不合理的认知,引发抑郁、焦虑等心理困扰;通过心理咨询辅导,采用ABC认知疗法,帮助来访者调整认知,走出心理困境,逐步适应校园生活,并反思总结案例经验,进一步做好心理育人工作。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the association between latent class of mindfulness and epidemicrelated
mental symptoms among university students during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: In 15-17th,
February 2020, a total of 1588 home-confined university students were surveyed online with Psychological
Questionnaires for Emergent Events of Public Health (PQEEPH) and Mindful Attention Awareness Scale
(MAAS). Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) was employed to determine the most optimal latent classes of
the mindfulness. Results: The mindfulness could be grouped into high level group (46.5%), middle level
group (50.0%) and low level group (3.5%). The level of depression, neurasthenia, phobia, anxiety and
obsessiveness in high level mindfulness group were all higher than that of middle level and low level (all
p<0.001). In contrast, the score of phobia was higher in middle level mindfulness group than the other
two groups (p<0.01). Conclusion: The mindfulness of home-confined university students is heterogeneous
and closely related to epidemic-related mental symptoms.目的:探讨新冠肺炎疫情下医学生正念潜类别与心理症状的关系。方法:于2020年2月15~17日采用方便取样法对处于居家状态的1588名贵州某医科大学学生(男生368名,女生1220名;平均年龄20.86±1.71岁)使用突发性公共卫生事件心理问卷(psychological questionnaires for emergent events of public health,PQEEPH)和正念注意觉知量表(mindful attention awareness scale,MAAS)进行网络问卷调查,采用潜在剖面分析确定最优正念水平潜在类别。结果:医学生正念类别可分为高正念组(46.5%)、中等正念组(50.0%)和低正念组(3.5%)。高正念组的PQEEPH均分及抑郁、神经衰弱、强迫焦虑均分低于中、低正念组(均p <0.001);中等正念组的恐惧均分高于高、低正念水平组(均p <0.01)。结论:疫情期间居家医学生的正念具有明显的分类特征,且与疫情相关心理症状存在密切关系。

Abstract: This paper described the psychological counseling process of a college graduate, Mrs. Chen, who failed to obtain her bachelor of medicine due to failing to pass her English examination, which causing her depression, anxiety, poor sleep, loss of appetite, easy crying and no willingness to work. By collecting data and evaluating symptoms, we diagnosed her as general psychological problems. After 4 times of psychological counseling, we found the student's mood was improved obviously, her sleep was improved, her appetite was increased and her unreasonable beliefs was eliminated, new rational beliefs were established and her ability to bear setbacks was enhanced. Finally her confidence in life was rebuilt. Good counseling results were achieved. Through follow-up visits, it is found that the consultation has basically reached the desired goal. 本文详细介绍了一名应届大学毕业生陈某的心理咨询过程。陈某大学毕业时因英语成绩不合格未取得学位证,引起情绪低落、焦虑、睡眠不好、食欲不振、易哭、无心做事等症状。通过收集资料和症状评估,求助者的心理问题诊断为一般心理问题。与求助者协商决定采用合理情绪疗法,经过4次心理咨询,求助者情绪明显好转,睡眠改善,食欲增强,消除了不合理信念,建立了新的合理信念,增强了对挫折的承受能力,重新树立起生活的信心,取得了比较好的咨询效果。通过回访跟踪,发现咨询已基本达到预期目标。
