新时代“体育+”民族地区统战工作模式创新研究——以民族传统体育特色项目为例

- Abstract: The concept of “strengthening the awareness of the Chinese nation as a community” serves as the main thread of ethnic work in the new era, posing new demands on united front work. Currently, united front work in ethnic regions is confronted with the predicament of monotonous methods and outdated carriers. Meanwhile, the unexploited potential of the united front function inherent in traditional ethnic sports rooted in community life remains untapped. This paper takes the characteristic projects of traditional ethnic sports as the entry point and proposes a new “sports +” united front model. By deeply integrating it with fields such as culture and tourism, education, and industry, a new form of “immersive” united front work is formed. Research indicates that this model, through mechanisms such as space production, value socialization, interest connection, and discourse reconstruction, gradually elevates from emotional identification to an interest community and then to value consensus, opening up an innovative path for united front work in ethnic regions in the new era. At the same time, the study also reflects on the tensions in this model regarding cultural authenticity, the balance between ethnic identity and the awareness of the Chinese nation as a community, providing theoretical references for promoting the high-quality development of united front work in ethnic regions.“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”作为新时代民族工作的主线，对统战工作提出全新要求。当前民族地区统战工作面临方法单一、载体老化的困境，而根植于社区生活的民族传统体育蕴含的统战功能尚未得到充分发掘。本文以民族传统体育特色项目为切入点，提出“体育+”统战新模式，通过将其与文旅、教育、产业等领域深度融合，形成一种“浸润式”的统战工作新形态。研究表明，这一模式借助空间生产、价值涵化、利益联结和话语重构等机制，实现从情感认同到利益共同体、再到价值共识的逐步升华，为新时代民族地区统战工作开辟创新路径。同时，研究也反思该模式在文化本真性、族群标识与共同体意识平衡等方面存在的张力，为推进民族地区统战工作高质量发展提供理论参考。

- Abstract: With the in-depth advancement of the digitalization strategy in education, modern information technology provides an important opportunity for the innovation of teaching paradigms in sports training courses. This study focuses on the differentiated role mechanisms and integration paths of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR) in the course of sports training. The research results show that various technologies exhibit different effects based on their characteristics: VR/AR promotes embodied cognition and understanding of motor skills through a highly immersive environment; Big data technology enables precise diagnosis and intervention in the teaching process through the analysis of learning behaviors. Artificial intelligence technology promotes the generation of personalized learning paths through adaptive recommendation algorithms. Based on constructivist theory, personalized learning theory and learning analytics theory, this study has constructed a deeply integrated model that includes four dimensions: “visualization of teaching content, datafication of teaching process, personalization of learning path and intelligence of teaching evaluation”. It provides a theoretical framework and practical path for systematically solving the pain points in traditional teaching such as abstract and difficult technical actions, lagging feedback and insufficient personalization.随着教育数字化战略的深入推进，现代信息技术为运动训练学课程教学范式创新提供重要契机。本研究聚焦于大数据、人工智能（AI）、虚拟现实（VR）及增强现实（AR）等技术在运动训练学课程中的差异化作用机理与融合路径。研究结果表明，各类技术依其特性呈现不同效应：VR/AR通过高沉浸环境促进运动技能的具身认知与理解；大数据技术通过学习行为分析实现教学过程的精准诊断与干预；人工智能技术通过自适应推荐算法促进个性化学习路径生成。基于建构主义理论、个性化学习理论和学习分析理论，本研究构建了包含“教学内容可视化、教学过程数据化、学习路径个性化、教学评价智能化”四个维度的深度融合模式，为系统破解传统教学中技术动作抽象难懂、反馈滞后与个性化不足等痛点问题提供了理论框架与实践路径。

However, current issues such as low student engagement, a lack of diversity in course content, and uneven resource allocation hinder the development of college sports, necessitating innovation to improve teaching quality and outcomes. This paper explores the potential applications of AI in advancing college sports, particularly in personalized teaching, intelligent monitoring, and virtual reality. By analyzing the current state, challenges, and possible solutions of AI applications in college sports, the study provides specific recommendations for promoting the intelligent development of college sports. The research shows that AI can enable personalized, data-driven, and intelligent approaches, offering new possibilities for improving the quality of college sports education. Finally, the paper discusses future trends and applications of AI in college sports, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for further smart development in this field.随着人工智能技术的迅速发展，其在教育领域的应用潜力日益显现。高校体育作为大学教育的重要组成部分，承担着提升学生体质健康、培养健康生活方式的责任。然而，当前高校体育发展面临学生参与度低、课程内容单一、资源分配不均等问题，亟需创新驱动以提高教学质量与效果。本文从人工智能赋能高校体育发展的角度出发，探讨其在个性化教学、智能监测、虚拟现实等方面的应用路径。研究表明，人工智能赋能有助于实现高校体育的个性化、数据驱动和智能化，为高校体育教学质量提升提供了新的可能性。

运动迁移在体育教学中的应用研究
Research on the Application of Sports Migration in Physical Education Teaching

- Abstract: The research on the occurrence and application of sports skill transfer aims at improving the learning effect of sports skills and improving the teaching quality. By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper studies the specific application of sports migration in physical education teaching. The results show that the mechanism of sports migration is that under the leadership of the central system, muscles’ old technical memory is transformed into new sports technology, and the two interact to produce sports migration. Starting from teaching practice, studying the law of sports skill transfer can promote the occurrence of positive transfer in teaching, shorten teaching time and learning time, and become the key to mastering skills. It can quickly adapt to the new learning environment of sports skills or solve new problems, and maximize the benefits of physical education teaching and sports training.本文对运动技能迁移的发生与应用进行研究，旨在提高运动技能学习效果与教学质量。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法，对运动迁移在体育教学中的应用展开研究。结果表明：运动迁移产生的机制为在中枢神经系统的主导下，肌肉对旧的技术记忆转化为新的运动技术，二者相互作用产生运动迁移。从项群视角与教学实践出发，研究运动技能迁移的规律，在教学中能促进正迁移的发生，以缩短教学时间与学习时间，并成为掌握技能的关键，能迅速适应新的动作技能学习环境或者解决新问题的能力，使体育教学和运动训练过程实现效益最大化。

从文化资源到文化资本：审思民间武术组织的治理实践演进
From Cultural Resources to Cultural Capital: Reflecting on the Evolution of Governance Practices in Folk Wushu Organizations

- Abstract: The proposal and implementation of the modernization of social governance has promoted the evolution of the governance practice of civil society organizations, and also triggered the transformation of the “governance” model of martial arts organizations from “self-care” of resources to cultural integration. Using the research methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper explores the evolution process of folk martial arts organization and governance practice from the perspective of cultural capital theory. It is found that the traditional structure of cultural gene constructs the self-care mode at the beginning of martial arts organization, which is manifested as the closed farming culture frames the living space of martial arts organization, and the clan nature of ethical system frames the differential pattern of martial arts organization. From the three aspects of the capitalization of martial arts culture, the governance practice of martial arts organization is reflected in the prosperity of martial arts skills under the differentiation of martial arts skills, and the enthusiasm of the main body of martial arts organization is enhanced. The cultural identity under the lineage of inheritance shapes the consciousness of the behavior practice of the main body of wushu organization; Equal treatment under the system management, there are other differences in cracking the portal of martial arts organizations.社会治理现代化的提出与实施，推动了民间社会组织治理实践的演进，也引发了武术组织从资源“自理”向文化整合的“治理”模式转变。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法，以文化资本相关理论为论述视角，对民间武术组织治理实践的演进过程进行探索。研究发现：文化基因的传统结构构建了武术组织的初始自理模式，具体表现为农耕文化的封闭性限定了武术组织的生存空间，伦理体制的宗族性架构了武术组织的差序格局。而从武术文化资本化的三个层面审思武术组织的治理实践，即表现为武术技击分化下的技艺繁荣，增强武术组织主体参与的积极性；传承谱系下的文化认同，型塑武术组织主体行为实践的自觉性；制度管理下的一视同仁，破解武术组织门户有别的差异性。
