  • Abstract: Zigong’s meat rabbit industry holds four “national firsts” in China. While its scale development brings significant economic benefits, it also leads to environmental concerns such as resource consumption, waste management, and carbon emissions. Based on location quotient theory, field investigations, and policy text analysis, this study systematically evaluates the performance of Zigong’s meat rabbit industry chain in terms of resource utilization efficiency, environmental carrying capacity, and potential for green transformation. The results show that Zigong has significant agglomeration advantages in meat rabbit production and processing, with a location quotient consistently above 2. However, challenges remain in areas such as external dependence on feed grains, resource utilization of breeding waste, and application of low-carbon processing technologies. From the perspectives of resource recycling, environmental governance, and industrial ecological integration, this paper proposes systematic policy recommendations to promote the green, low-carbon, and circular development of Zigong’s meat rabbit industry, providing empirical evidence and pathway references for the sustainable development of animal husbandry.

The “Data Resource Holding Right” and the Resolution of the Property Rights Dilemma: A Case Study on the Factorization of Online Consumer Review Data

  • Keywords: Data Resource Holding Right; Determination of Data Rights; Separation of Data Property Rights; Online Consumer Review
  • Abstract: In the e-commerce era, unlocking the immense economic value inherent in online consumer review data requires its factorization. The primary dilemma in this process is that the existing ownership paradigm fails to provide an effective institutional framework for data circulation, an issue that the introduction of the “data resource holding right” can resolve. The resource nature of this data is rooted in the online shopping model, while its asset nature stems from its tradability; the convergence of these two attributes makes its factorization inevitable. The effective construction of this novel right requires several precise delineations: its legal object must be strictly limited to the intermediate form of “data resources,” which have undergone de-identification and structured processing; its subject, following the principle of contribution, should be allocated to the platform as the core value creator; and its powers must be defined as a specific bundle of rights—comprising Holding, Use, Licensing, and Deletion—that is distinct from the downstream rights of data processing and product management. Furthermore, by establishing a “data access right” to counterbalance the holding right and supplementing it with a fair benefit-sharing mechanism, this framework aims to achieve the governance goals of “common use” and “shared revenue,” ultimately providing a clear and robust institutional foundation for the healthy development of the market for data factors.

Subtitle Translation of the Game Black Myth: Wukong from the Perspective of Intercultural Communication

  • Abstract: This study investigates the subtitle translation of the Chinese game Black Myth: Wukong from an intercultural communication perspective. Grounded in Edward T. Hall’s theory of high-and low-context cultures, the research analyzes various in-game text cases. It identifies three core translation strategies employed: explanatory translation, substitutive translation, and creative translation. The findings demonstrate that translators effectively address the tension between cultural uniqueness and audience comprehension through these strategies: using explanatory translation for culture-specific terms, applying substitutive translation for functional equivalence, and adopting creative translation to reconstruct cultural imagery. These approaches not only accurately convey the core connotations of the source culture but also ensure a smooth and emotionally resonant experience for global players, achieving the dual objectives of cultural transmission and gameplay immersion. This research provides practical insights for the localization of games featuring distinctive Chinese cultural content and contributes to the application of intercultural communication theory in the digital entertainment field.

“No AA, No BB, still VP (AA 没有, BB没有, 还VP)” Unmarked Causal Sentence Analysis

  • Authors:
    Yujing Dong / Linguistics / 2025,7(3): 203-211 / 2025-09-09
  • Keywords: Causal Compound Sentence; Unmarked; Inferential
  • Abstract: This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the Chinese “No AA, No BB, still VP” construction, characterizing it as an unmarked causal compound sentence. This sentence pattern exhibits distinct syntactic and semantic features: First, the cause clause employs a topic-copying construction to indicate emphasis and pervasiveness; Second, the result clause utilizes the interrogative adverb “ 还” to express a rhetorical question to introduce a counter-expectation outcome. Conjunctions do not overtly mark the causal logic but are instead inferentially derived from the semantic interplay between the clauses: the negation of a necessary condition in the cause clause leads to the negation of a result. We thus argue that this structure constitutes a specific type of negative causal-inferential sentence. Typically, the cause is presented as a predetermined, uncontestable fact, while the result either denotes an impossible outcome or serves to refute a presupposition. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of topic-prominence and implicit logical relations in Chinese complex sentences.

Research on Reaction Mechanism of Different Stages of Lean Coal Spontaneous Combustion Based on Thermogravimetric Analysis: A Case Study of 1307 Working Face

  • Keywords: Spontaneous combustion of coal; Chromatographic oxygen absorption; Thermogravimetricdifferential scanning calorimetry; Kinetic mechanism
  • Abstract: In response to the urgent need for preventing and controlling the spontaneous combustion of abandoned coal in goaf areas of high-gas mines, this paper focuses on the lean coal located in the 1307 working face of a specific mine as the research subject. Through a combination of on-site sampling, chromatographic oxygen inhalation identification, and thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimetry experiments, this study systematically reveals the dynamic evolution of the spontaneous combustion process of lean coal. Research indicates that this coal seam exhibits a pronounced tendency for spontaneous combustion, and its oxidation process demonstrates significant phase characteristics. During the increase in temperature gradient, the coal sample undergoes a continuous transformation characterized by initial weight loss due to water evaporation, followed by weight gain attributable to oxidation, and culminating in intense combustion. The mass change trend shifts from an initial decline to a temporary increase, ultimately resulting in a sharp loss. The heat release behavior transitions gradually from heat absorption at lower temperatures to a significant escalation in heat release intensity, with a notable enhancement in heat release capacity during the combustion phase. The evolution of the kinetic mechanism is particularly crucial, as the activation energy increases incrementally with rising temperature. The reaction mechanism transitions from a multi-molecular layer model in the lowtemperature region, through a medium-temperature contraction reaction mode, and ultimately to a hightemperature, two-stage kinetic dominance. This progression reveals the chain reaction nature of coal spontaneous combustion, transitioning from physical adsorption to the breaking of chemical bonds. This research establishes a foundational mechanism for the precise prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in abandoned coal areas within goaf regions.
