• 摘要： 农业是国民经济之根本，发展农业对产业结构升级具有重大作用，更 是带动国家收益水平持续增长的保障。为了进一步强化农业经济的发展力，国 家对农村地区产业经济提供了多方面的帮助，投入大笔资金完善农村基础设施， 解决了传统农业水利灌溉问题。由于新型灌溉系统投入时间较短，灌溉系统调 控失效导致了水资源短缺，影响了农业经济的可持续发展。文章分析了水资源 灌溉对农业造成的不利影响，提出节能灌溉工程的综合对策。
• Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and the development of agriculture plays an important role in the upgrading of industrial structure. It is also a guarantee for the sustained growth of national income. In order to further strengthen the development power of agricultural economy, the state has provided various help to the industrial economy in rural areas, invested a large amount of money to improve the rural infrastructure, and solved the problem of traditional agricultural water conservancy and irrigation. Due to the short input time of the new irrigation system, the regulation failure of the irrigation system leads to the shortage of water resources, which affects the sustainable development of agricultural economy. This paper analyzes the adverse effects of water resource irrigation on agriculture and puts forward the comprehensive countermeasures of energy saving irrigation project.
