  • 摘要: 禽蛋品质的优劣直接影响其食用价值和商品价值,因此对蛋品质检测尤为重要。 传统的检测方式主要以人工观察和化学分析为主,在检测过程中成本高、效率低、损耗大,不适合工业化生产需求。本文综述了智能传感技术在禽蛋内外品质检测中的研究现状,涉及的主要技术包括声学特性检测技术、机器视觉技术、 力学特性技术、光谱技术、介电特性以及电子鼻技术,并分析了各检测技术的 优缺点,为后期智能传感技术应用于禽蛋品质检测提供参考依据。
  • The quality of poultry eggs can directly affect the edible value and commercial value, so egg quality detection is particularly important in poultry industry. Traditional quality detection methods are mainly based on manual observation and chemical analysis, which are costly and inefficient for industrial production. This paper reviewed the current research of intelligent sensing technology in detection of internal and external quality inspection of poultry eggs. The main techniques include acoustic sensing, machine vision, mechanical properties, spectroscopic technology, dielectric properties, and electronic nose technology. The merits and drawbacks of each technique were introduced and analyzed. This review aims at providing a reference basis for the application of intelligent sensing technology in quality detection of poultry egg.
