摘要：我国人工影响天气事业经过几十年的探索和实践，其显著的经济和社会效益为社会所公认。为把我国人影工作经验规范化、普及化，急需制定人工影响天气行业标准，以推动我国人影事业的全面发展。
Our figure career after decades of exploration and practice, the remarkable economic and social benefits for society recognized. For our country the figure work experience standardization, became popular, need make weather modification industry standard, in order to promote the comprehensive development of career figure.
