师门文化与硕士研究生培养质量相关性调查研究

  • 摘要: 现代师门文化是以传统师门文化为基础、又适应现代导师组培养以及现代大学制度和时代文化这些宏观形势而产生的新的师门文化。现代师门文化至少应该包括三个维度的内容,首先是师门内部的学术交流和合作,其次是导师的学术魅力和人格魅力,最后是学生的师门归属感。问卷调查显示,师门文化氛围与硕士研究生培养质量之间有密切的相关性,其中师门内生活融洽、学术活动较多是影响最大的因素,其次是导师的学术影响力和人格魅力,最好是师门归属感。
  • Modern school culture is a new school culture based on traditional school culture and adapted to the macro situation of modern tutor group training, modern university system and times culture. Modern teacher culture should include at least three dimensions: the first is the academic exchange and cooperation within the teacher, the second is the academic charm and personality charm of tutors, and the last is the sense of belonging of students. The questionnaire survey shows that there is a close correlation between the cultural atmosphere of teachers and the quality of postgraduate education. The harmonious life and more academic activities are the most influential factors, followed by the academic influence and personality charm of tutors, and the best is the sense of belonging of teachers.
