  • 摘要: 产学研一体的培养模式有助于大学完成培养人才、科研创新、服务社会与文化传承的使命,实现大学教学科研方向、人才培养模式及社会服务与产业瓶颈产需对接。对研究生培养而言,基于校企合作模式的培养路径能解决基于学术部落的科研训练平台的局限性。为提升生理学专业硕士研究生的科研创新能力,我们致力于构建集理论学习、实践探索和问题解决为一体的立体化的校企合作培养模式以提升学生的科研素养和创新能力。
  • The training model integrating production, education and research is helpful for universities to fulfill the mission of cultivating talents, scientific research innovation, serving the society and cultural heritage. It could realize the connection between the direction of university teaching and research, talent training mode and social services and industrial bottleneck production and demand. For postgraduate training, the training path based on the school-enterprise cooperation model can solve the limitations of the scientific research training platform based on academic tribes. In order to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of postgraduates majoring in physiology, we are committed to building a three-dimensional school-enterprise cooperation training model integrating theoretical study, practical exploration and problem solving to improve students’ scientific research literacy and innovation ability.
