• 摘要： 通过搜集重庆市小学1950——2020年在校师生人数变化和学校数量变化的数据，本研究深入分析了重庆市小学师生人数变化情况，并对其变化的原因进行了分析。根据数据，我们运用折线统计图和FORECAST.ETS函数对未来十年重庆市小学师生人数进行了预测：未来十年小学在校生人数和专任教师人数呈现负相关趋势。结合数据研究，发现重庆市小学教育有了较大的发展；教师数量不断增加；在校生人数不断减少。针对这些发现，我们对重庆市小学教育提出建议：制定城乡合理的教师流动政策；缩小班级规模，做到因材施教。
• By collecting the changes of the number of teachers and students and the number of schools in Chongqing primary schools from 1950 to 2020, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the changes of the number of teachers and students in Chongqing primary schools and analyzes the reasons for the changes. According to the data, the broken line statistical chart and the FORECAST.ETS function are used to forecast the number of teachers and students in primary schools in Chongqing in the next ten years: the number of students in primary schools and the number of full-time teachers show a negative correlation trend in the next ten years. Combined with the data research, it is found that Chongqing primary education has a great development; The number of teachers is increasing; The number of students in school is decreasing. Some suggestions are put forward for primary education in Chongqing: formulating reasonable teacher mobility policy in urban and rural areas; Reduce class size and teach students according to their aptitude.
