新时代高校体育育人的价值内涵、推进策略与保障机制研究

• 摘要： 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对新时代高校体育育人价值和育人实施策略与保障体系进行分析。研究认为：实现以体育人、落实立德树人，应秉承以学生为本之育人理念，明晰“享受乐趣—以体育智”“增强体质—以体育体”“健全人格—以体育德”“锤炼意志—以体育心”四位一体价值内涵；推进“课内教学”“课外竞赛”“体育文化”三向协同策略；构建以学校体育运动委员会和体育部门“双核驱动”，以人力、行政、教学、宣传、学工“多翼联动”的高校体育育人保障机制。
• Using methods such as literature review and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the value of physical education education in universities in the new era, as well as the implementation strategies and guarantee systems for education. Research suggests that in order to achieve the goal of cultivating people through sports and implementing moral education, we should adhere to the student-centered educational philosophy, and clarify the value connotation of the integration of “enjoying fun-using sports intelligence” “enhancing physical fitness-using sports physical fitness” “improving personality-using sports ethics”, and “tempering willpower-using sports heart”; Promote the three-way collaborative strategy of “in class teaching” “extracurricular competitions”, and “sports culture”; Build a “dual core driven” university sports education guarantee mechanism with the school sports committee and sports department, and a “multi wing linkage” of human resources, administration, teaching, publicity, and academic work.
