  • 摘要: 情绪情感教育旨在以心育促德育,对青少年儿童的健康成长和人格发展具有特别意义。本研究通过探索情绪情感理论及其实现路径,形成适合学校的情绪情感教育课程体系,促进情绪情感教育进校园,提升青少年儿童的情绪情感识别能力与管理能力,增强人际交往的有效沟通和关系建设水平,获得积极的情感体验和社会支持,最终服务于青少年儿童身心健康。
  • Emotional education aims at promoting moral education through mental education, which is of special significance to the healthy growth and personality development of young children. By exploring the theory of emotion and its realization path, this study forms a curriculum system of emotional education suitable for schools, promotes emotional education into schools, improves teenagers’ ability to recognize emotion and manage emotion, enhances effective communication and relationship building in interpersonal communication, and gets positive emotional experience and social support. Ultimately serve the physical and mental health of young children.
