Abstract:
Since the beginning of the 21st century, there has been a strong practice shift in teacher education reform in the United States. The Montana Rural Teacher Project is a practical exploration of Montana to solve the problems of rural teachers in the reform of practice-oriented teacher education in the United States, which is a post-baccalaureate teacher residency training program for rural areas. The Montana Rural Teacher Project includes the main contents of partnership, enrollment and admission standards, course content, completion assessment and recognition, etc., and has the main characteristics of focusing on the integration of training models, the contextualization of training methods, and the personalization of training processes.
