• 摘要： 中华优秀传统文化融入职业生涯发展教育，实现职业生涯发展教育符合中国国情，体现职业生涯发展教育的丰富性、动态性和发展性，贴合“五育并举”“三全育人”的整体工作要求。中华优秀传统文化强大的包容性和凝聚力，是职业生涯发展教育的不竭源泉和丰厚宝藏，是职业生涯发展教育的文化根基。建设具有新时代中国特色的职业发展教育体系机制迫在眉睫，中华优秀传统文化融入其中需要进行多重实践思考与检验。
• The integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture into career development education is in line with China’s national conditions, reflecting the richness, dynamism, and development of career development education, and meeting the overall work requirements of “five educations simultaneously” and “three comprehensive education”. The strong inclusiveness and cohesion of excellent traditional Chinese culture are the inexhaustible source and rich treasure of career development education, and the cultural foundation of career development education. The construction of a vocational development education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era is urgent, and the integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture into it requires multiple practical considerations and tests.
