校企协同双导师电子信息专业硕士培养模式研究

• Abstract: In response to the problems existing in the current training of Master of Electronic Information in computer technology, this paper explores the innovation of talent training model with double tutor for electronic information professional master under the collaboration of universities and enterprises. Our goal is to enhance the practical abilities of master’s students. The main research content of this paper is as follows: (1) Collaborative education mechanism between universities and enterprises; (2) Optimize and improve the double tutor system for professional master; (3) The path and methods for enhancing the practical abilities of professional master’s students. The overall research objective is to establish a postgraduate talent training model with double tutor for Master of Electronic Information under universities and enterprises collaboration to enhance the practical abilities of graduate students. 针对专业实践能力导向的计算机技术领域电子信息专业硕士培养当前所存在的问题，探析在校企协同下双导师电子信息专业硕士人才培养模式创新。主要研究内容包括：（1）校企协同育人机制；（2）优化完善双导师制度；（3）专业硕士研究生实践能力提升。总体研究目标为构建一种提升研究生专业实践能力的校企协同下双导师电子信息专业硕士人才培养模式。
