Abstract:
The factors that affect the classroom concentration of college students are not only the teaching level of teachers, but also the students’ own learning attitude and learning status. Therefore, in the process of striving to improve their own “supply”, teachers should always pay attention to and stimulate the “demand” of students, and the combination of the two can produce good results. In this regard, this article takes the improvement of college students’ classroom focus as the starting point, and carries out project management course teaching design and practice that meets the characteristics of students’ needs, achieving good teaching results. To a certain extent, it can provide reference and guidance for the teaching design and innovation of similar management courses.
影响大学生课堂专注力的因素,除了教师授课水平外,更重要的是学生自身的学习态度和学习状态。因此,教师在努力改进自身“供给”的过程中,应时刻关注并激发学生端的“需求”,二者相结合才能产生良好的效果。对此,本文以提升大学生课堂专注力为出发点,开展符合学生需求特征的项目管理课程教学设计与实践,取得了良好的教学效果。在一定程度上,可为类似的管理类课程教学设计与创新提供借鉴与参考。
