  • Abstract: Against the policy backdrop of the Chinese Ministry of Education’s emphasis on enhancing the practicality of mental health education courses in universities, this study addresses the structural contradictions in current collegiate mental health education, such as “theoretical emphasis overshadowing practical application” and “deficiency in emotional cultivation”. It proposes the construction of a tripartite experiential teaching model integrating “objective orientation, activity design, and assessment innovation”. Through research analysis and case studies of the “5·25 Mental Health Month” thematic activities, the paper systematically explores the integration pathways of experiential teaching in mental health education. Furthermore, it suggests utilizing the second classroom as a platform and establishing a collaborative “curriculum + activities” evaluation mechanism to overcome implementation challenges of experiential teaching in large-class settings, thereby creating an educational ecosystem that mutually empowers explicit and implicit education. This research provides an actionable framework for translating classroom-based mental health education into life practice, offering significant insights for deepening the “knowledge-skill-emotion” integrated mental health education system in higher education. 本文以教育部关于加强高校心理健康教育课程实践性的政策导向为背景,针对当前高校心理健康教育中存在的“重理论轻实践”“情感培育缺位”等结构性矛盾,提出构建“目标导向—活动设计—考核创新”三位一体的体验式教学模式。通过研究分析,结合“5·25心理健康月”主题活动设计案例,系统探讨体验式教学在心理健康教育中的融合路径。研究进一步提出以第二课堂为载体,通过“课程+活动”的协同考评机制,破解大班制下体验式教学的实施困境,形成显性与隐性教育双向赋能的育人生态。本文为高校心理健康教育从课堂到生活的实践转化提供了可操作的模式参考,对深化“知识—技能—情感”三位一体的心理健康教育体系具有重要启示。
