Abstract:
Guided by the Outcome-Based Education (OBE), this study addresses the demand for core competencies in supply chain collaborative management arising from the transformation and upgrading of regional characteristic industries. Centering on the goal of “deep integration of ideological and political education with professional knowledge”, we construct a theoretical framework for case-based ideological-political teaching. The paper analyzes the feasibility of implementing the OBE concept in ideological-political system development for modern logistics management curricula, aiming to innovate pedagogical approaches and advance curriculum-based ideological education to new heights. By systematically examining the alignment mechanisms between OBE and ideological-political education in value orientation and competency cultivation dimensions, this research strengthens curriculum ideological-political system construction through four key strategies: (1) Clarifying educational objectives to establish foundations for discipline-specific ideological education; (2) Deep excavation of professional ideological elements to define outcome-oriented educational content; (3) Implementing learner-centered pedagogy; and (4) Developing learning-outcome-focused teaching evaluation mechanisms.
本文基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,立足区域特色产业转型升级对供应链协同管理等核心技能的需求,聚焦“课程思政与专业教育深度融合”目标,构建课程思政案例教学理论框架。文章分析了OBE教育理念在现代物流管理专业课程思政体系建设中的可行性,旨在切实创新教育理念和教育模式,推动课程思政建设工作迈向新的发展台阶。通过系统解析OBE理念与课程思政在价值导向、能力培养维度的耦合机理,本文从明确课程思政教育目标、为专业课程思政的发展奠基,深入挖掘专业思政元素、以成果为导向明确教育内容,切实以学习者为中心、构建聚焦学习成果的教学评价四方面入手,加强课程思政体系建设。
