Abstract:
In order to further analyze the causes of bullying in vocational education, based on the existing relevant literature, we explore the “blocking” and “Unblocking” points of bullying in vocational education. Through the analysis of related literature, it is found that the insufficient implementation of anti-bullying laws and regulations in vocational education, the lack of education and management in vocational schools, and the lack of family education of vocational students are the key factors leading to the frequent occurrence of bullying in vocational education campuses. In view of the management of school bullying, it is of practical significance to put forward three coping strategies from the aspects of improving the rule of law system of anti-school bullying, strengthening the effectiveness of supervision and implementation, enhancing the awareness of teachers and students of vocational schools of anti-school bullying, and deepening the mechanism of collaborative education of families, schools and societies.
为进一步探析职业教育校园欺凌现象发生的缘由,基于已有的相关文献资料,探寻职业教育校园欺凌现象的“堵”点和“疏”点。通过相关文献分析,发现职业教育中存在反欺凌法律法规执行力度不足、职业学校教育管理不到位、职校学生家庭教育缺失是导致职业教育校园欺凌现象频发的关键因素。针对校园欺凌的治理,提出从健全反校园欺凌法治体系,强化督导执行效能、提升职校师生反校园欺凌意识、深化家校社协同育人机制三个方面着手的应对策略,具有一定的现实意义。
