Abstract:
To proactively address the urgent demand for practice-based innovative talents in regional socioeconomic development and enterprise technological advancement, this study proposes a “Dual-Guidance Dual-Tutoring Quad-Drive” collaborative talent cultivation model for environmental engineering. The framework integrates bidirectional guidance mechanism (interest-driven + trait-oriented), dual-tutoring system (faculty mentoring + peer mentoring) and quad-drive pathway (innovation and entrepreneurship projects-disciplinary competitions-engineering practice-research papers/patents). It Innovatively designs with a pyramid-shaped practical curriculum, the model hierarchically blends theory, practice, innovation, and humanistic literacy. Through theoretical exploration and implementation, this research aims to provide both a conceptual framework and a replicable paradigm for reforming environmental engineering programs at regional universities, and cultivate high-caliber interdisciplinary talents with strong practical innovation capabilities and global competitiveness for emerging industries of the future.
为主动对接地方经济社会发展和企业技术开发对实践创新人才的迫切需求,本研究提出了“双引双导四驱”协同的环境工程实践型创新人才培养模式。通过构建“双向引导机制”(兴趣+特质),建立“双导师指导体系”(教师指导体系+学生指导体系),形成“四驱联动”的人才培养路径(创新创业项目—学科竞赛—工程实践—科研论文(专利)),并创新性地设计了金字塔式实践课程体系,将理论、实践、创新和人文素养分阶融合,培养实践型创新人才。本研究期望通过理论与实践探索,为地方高校环境类专业人才培养方案的改革提供理论借鉴和实践范例,并为未来新兴产业培养实践创新能力强且具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型人才。
